Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Operated case of Modified Radical Mastectomy after 3 weeks of surgery,
- •Unilateral and bilateral mastectomy with Axillary dissection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute infection at treatment site,
- •Active metastatic site,
- •Open wound at baseline,
- •Acute DVT in upper extremity,
- •Hemophilia or other clotting disorders,
- •Lymph edema \> stage 1,
- •Previous shoulder surgery,
- •Other shoulder dysfunction that interferes with the shoulder range of motion (Rotator cuff tear, Peri arthritic shoulder, Frozen shoulder, capsular pathology, acromion bursitis, impingement syndrome)
- •Immediate breast reconstruction with spacers
- •Hypersensitive skin,
