入排标准
入选标准
- •1-Right handed (assessed by Edinburghâ??s Handedness Inventory)
- •2-Patients with OCD (diagnosed on ICD-10)
- •3-Meets criteria for treatment resistant as per ITROC (level 1 non-response)
- •4-YBOCS score >= 16(moderate severity)
- •5-Willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1-Presence of co-morbid Axis I disorders (using MINI 5.0) including substance abuse/dependence (except caffeine or nicotine)
- •2-History of seizure
- •3-History of receiving rTMS/ECT treatment
- •4-History suggestive of space occupying brain lesion or cerebro-vascular accident
- •5-Presence of chronic medical illness
- •6-Having implanted device or metals in brain/head or cardiac pacemaker
- •7-Known or suspected pregnancy or currently lactating
- •8-Having imminent suicide risk
- •9-Having score of >= 17 on HAM-D
