Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\-Right handed (assessed by Edinburghâ??s Handedness Inventory)
- •2\-Patients with OCD (diagnosed on ICD\-10\)
- •3\-Meets criteria for treatment resistant as per ITROC (level 1 non\-response)
- •4\-YBOCS score \>\= 16(moderate severity)
- •5\-Willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\-Presence of co\-morbid Axis I disorders (using MINI 5\.0\) including substance abuse/dependence (except caffeine or nicotine)
- •2\-History of seizure
- •3\-History of receiving rTMS/ECT treatment
- •4\-History suggestive of space occupying brain lesion or cerebro\-vascular accident
- •5\-Presence of chronic medical illness
- •6\-Having implanted device or metals in brain/head or cardiac pacemaker
- •7\-Known or suspected pregnancy or currently lactating
- •8\-Having imminent suicide risk
- •9\-Having score of \>\= 17 on HAM\-D
