Inclusion Criteria

American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I and II scheduled to undergo primary bilateral Endoscopic Sinus Surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patientââ?¬•s Refusal

2.Known allergy to local anesthetic

3.Bleeding Disorders

3.Infection or at puncture site

4.Potentially altered neural transmission (eg neuropathy, chronic renal disease)
