Inclusion Criteria

  • •Current inclusion criteria as of 15/07/2013:
  • •1\. Adults aged \=18 years
  • •2\. Diagnosis of non\-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years
  • •3\. Capacity to provide informed consent
  • •4\. Ability to write and converse in English
  • •Previous inclusion criteria:
  • •1\. Adults aged \=18 years
  • •2\. Diagnosis of non\-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years
  • •3\. Physical activity/ exercise is below recommendations (i.e. 30 minutes per day three times per week)
  • •4\. Capacity to provide informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Contra\-indications to performing physical activity
