Inclusion Criteria
- •Current inclusion criteria as of 15/07/2013:
- •1\. Adults aged \=18 years
- •2\. Diagnosis of non\-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years
- •3\. Capacity to provide informed consent
- •4\. Ability to write and converse in English
- •Previous inclusion criteria:
- •1\. Adults aged \=18 years
- •2\. Diagnosis of non\-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes for a minimum of two years
- •3\. Physical activity/ exercise is below recommendations (i.e. 30 minutes per day three times per week)
- •4\. Capacity to provide informed consent

- •Contra\-indications to performing physical activity
