Inclusion Criteria
Senior citizens residing in old age homes who are:
in the age group of 60 years and above.
literate
willing to participate in the study.
able to follow Malayalam.
Exclusion Criteria
Senior citizens residing in old age homes who are:
Terminally ill, debilitated and bed ridden
With severe visual or hearing impairment
Who are unable to communicate verbally.
Physically handicapped
With severe dementia (MoCA score=9)
With severe depression (GDS SF score >9)
With mental illness
Practicing relaxation techniques
