Brief Summary

TKA using mobile bearing with cruciate retaining design by subvastus approach have less operative time than medial parapatellar approach. Maybe due to the design of MB prosthesis that have less steps of operation, furthermore, the less operative and tourniquet times conducts less blood loss. Subvastus approach probably increase the angle of active straight leg raising, presuming improvement in quadricep muscle function.
