1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of post-traumatic brachial plexus injury need to complete 2 weeks after surgery;
2. Patients aged 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender;
3. The subjects who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with major visceral injuries, such as heart, kidney, liver and other injuries;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, metabolic diseases, and mental illness;
3. Patients with chronic illness, physical discomfort, frailty, severe neurosis, and pregnancy;
4. Patients suffering from primary brachial plexus neuralgia or brachial plexus neuritis;
5. Patients with brachial plexus neuralgia caused by cervical spondylosis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, biceps tenosynovitis, thoracic outlet syndrome or other secondary causes.
