Inclusion Criteria
Need to socket preservation surgery and extraction of incisors and premolar (bilateral)
Plaque and gingival bleeding index under 25% and no need periodontal surgery in Intended sites during last 6 months
Volunteer for implant placement
The patient is over 25 years old
In both sexes
Exclusion Criteria
Existence of periapical lesion
Systemic problems
Pregnancy
Patient affected by malignancy, under radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignancy in the last 5 years
Taking antibiotics in the last 3 months
Smoking
Molar teeth
Use of removable prosthesis
Under orthodontic treatment

Name Time Method Width of the ridge (distance between the apex of the buccal bone and palatal). Timepoint: During surgery and 6 month after socket preservation.
