•Subjects diagnosed with primary hypertension of greater than 130 mmHg systole and 85mmHg diastole and those who are interested to participate in the study

•1.Cardiac conditions like Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD).
•2.Subjects who had cardiac procedures like Percutaneous Trans luminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) angioplasty with or without stenting, history of stroke, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery.
•3.Hypertensive patients with ear infection, cervical spondylosis, renal or adrenal
•involvement.
•4.Also all the female subjects during their menstrual cycle, as menstruation is known to
•influence the circulatory and humoral dynamics.
•5.Subjects having co-existing morbidity like Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Hypercholesteremia.
•6.Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study
•7.Subject with back pain
•8.Subject with severe breathing problem
