1) Adult males and females aged 20 to 65 years of age and having bowel movements for more than 12 weeks (even if not continuous) in the last 12 months, less than 2 times per week
2) Those who meet 2 or more of the following 5 diagnostic criteria for functional constipation according to Rome II Criteria
? Excessive force cycle when defecating exceeds 1/4 of the total number of bowel movements
? After defecation, the feeling of defecation exceeds 1/4 of the total number of bowel movements.
? The feeling that the anus is blocked when defecating exceeds 1/4 of the total number of bowel movements
? Cases requiring manual manipulation to help bowel movements exceed 1/4 of the total number of bowel movements
? If the number of bowel movements is less than 3 times a week
Subjects with two or more of the above are selected as the primary
3) Those who do not have obstructive lesions in the intestine and do not have a history of surgery within the last 6 months
4) Those who do not have any special diseases including open wounds or bleeding diseases in the abdomen
5) Those who have a clear level of consciousness, understand the purpose of this study, and agree to participate
1) Under 20 years old, over 65 years old adults and infants
2) Those with intestinal diseases or intestinal dysfunction and surgical history
3) Those whose past diseases are related to the gastrointestinal tract and digestive tract
4) Those who have found that other medical specialists are included in the exclusion criteria
