- •Obesity associated with diabetes PCOD hypothyroidism and cushings syndrome and other endocrine disorder.Serious hepatic and renal disorder.pregnant and lactating women.Drug induced obesity.patients unfit for virechana karma.BMI less than 30 and more than 40.
