•women between the age of 40 – 65 years.
•- who possess & can independently use a smartphone (or there is one in the home owned by another family member that can be used).
•- They must be able to read & communicate in Kannada and/or in English, & not knowingly going to be inaccessible during the period of study.
•- With regard to cardiac condition, only stable CVD patients (i.e., no on-going chest pain, & with LVEF >40%) who have been diagnosed for at least one month are eligible.
•- The CVD must be attributable to myocardial atherosclerosis / ischemia and /or hypertension.

•- Patients with other cardiac conditions such as congenital, rheumatic, cardiomyopathies or arrhythmias; comorbid peripheral or cerebrovascular diseases, which limits their exercise; or
•- Other health conditions which limit their ability to participate in CR (e.g., advanced cancer, neurological conditions, chronic respiratory disease, serious mental illness [e.g., severe depression], sensory impairments, musculoskeletal issues) will not be eligible for the trial.
