Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with history of primary epiphora with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
2.History less than 1 year
3.age more than 18 years, either sex
4.patients willing for procedure.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Prior failed DCR surgery.
2.Intranasal pathologies.
3.History of trauma in nasolacrimal duct area
4.History of allergy, bleeding disorders
5.patients with ocular motility disorders
