- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The primary objective of the study is to compare the effect of group 1 using air oxygen mixture versus group 2 using nitrous oxide oxygen mixture in the anaesthetic gas mixture on endotracheal cuff pressure by the measurement of endotracheal tube cuff pressure during laparoscopic surgery

Timepoint: change in cuff pressure for every 30 minutes
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary objective is to observe the occurrence of postoperative complications like sore throat, hoarseness and dysphagia caused by the increased endotracheal tube cuff pressure in the first 24 hours.Timepoint: sore throat grading for 24 hours
