- 获得各类青光眼患者远端房水流出通道的特点，旨在进一步解释各类青光眼的发生机制。
- 了解不同青光眼手术前后患者的房水流出通道发生了什么改变，旨在为解释手术机制、改进手术设计、提高手术成功率提供线索。

- Ages
- 18 to 100 (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •对照组：拟行白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术的老年性白内障患者。
- •符合青少年性开角型青光眼、原发性开角型青光眼、剥脱性青光眼、色素性青光眼诊断的患者；
- •年龄大于或等于 18 岁；
- •由于眼压失控或不能耐受药物治疗需在我院行 Schlemm 管成形术、微导管辅助的 360°小梁切开术、小梁消融术和 CO2 激光辅助深层巩膜切除术治疗的患者。
Exclusion Criteria
- •既往接受过眼科手术治疗；
- •2．除白内障外，还伴有其他眼病的患者；
- •3．对造影剂过敏的患者。
