Clinically diagnosed with middle cerebral artery infarct
stroke longer than 6 months
Presence of upper limb flexor synergy component
Brunnstrom stage 2 or above
spasticity more than 1+ by Modified Ashworth Scale
Able to understand the verbal commands
1.Allergy to kinesiology tape
2.A score of <2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale
3.Any sensory issues/ impairments
4.Acute stroke < 6 months
5.Presence of any mental disorders
6.clinically diagnosed Central nervous system infection
7.Any skin infections
8.Diabetes mellitus
9.Any recent trauma or surgery
