Inclusion Criteria
Volunteers 20-50 years old undergoing a yogic kriya training and practice for the first time
Exclusion Criteria
History of significant neurological or psychiatric conditions affecting the brain such as stroke, dementia, Parkinsonâ??s and other neurodegenerative diseases,
On any psychoactive medication such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, antiepileptics
Addictions to nicotine containing products or alcohol
Ineligible for MRI- with pacemakers, MRI incompatible stents,valves, severe claustrophobia
