- •The ACR criteria for the classification and reporting of Osteoarthritis
- •Clinical and radiographic 91% sensitive
- •86% specific
- •Knee pain plus at least 1 of 3
- •Age greater than 50 years
- •Age >50 years
- •Stiffness <30 minutes
- •Crepitus+ Osteophytes+
排除标准
- •1.Patients with other forms of arthritis such as Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Gout, infective arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.
- •2.Patients with acute joint trauma.
- •3.Patients under analgesic medication.
- •4.BMI 30 and above
- •5.Severe knee bursitis
- •6.Severe anemia.
- •7.Pregnancy
