Inclusion Criteria
Patients with complaint of snoring, and American society of anaesthesiologists physical status classification grade 1 and 2.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients, patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and any upper airway mass.

Name Time Method Correlation between clinical airway assessment tests, cephalometry, polysomnography and Drug induced sleep endoscopy findings.Timepoint: At the end of the study after data analysis in September 2015.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Prediction of difficult bag mask ventilation and endotracheal intubation based on the outcome of correlation between clinical airway assessment tests, cephalometry, polysomnography and Drug induced sleep endoscopy findings, and to plan future anaesthetic management if these patients come for any surgery.Timepoint: At the end of the study after data analysis in September 2015.
