Those who consent to participation in this study and voluntarily sign the written consent form
- Adult female aged 40 to 65
- Those with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 to 30 kg/m2
- Those who have not exercised in the last 6 months
- Those who can participate in the exercise program
- Severe cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular system within 6 months from the date of examination
People with diseases or endocrine diseases
- Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- Patients diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
- Pregnant and lactating women
- Smokers and substance abusers (including alcohol)
- Others determined by the researcher to be inappropriate for participation
