- •Volunteers with self\-sufficient visual and auditory capacity; at least one electronic device that has a front camera; Internet access; relative or guardian available to assist in interventions

- •Decompensated health diagnoses, high\-risk cardiovascular diseases, grade four or five knee osteoarthritis, taking medication that may compromise mobility, functionality and cognition; neurodegenerative diseases.
