(1) Lumbar disc herniation diagnosed by MRI or CT examination, diagnosis =6 months;
(2) 20-50 years old;
(3) Conscious, without cognitive impairment or mental disease;
(4) Able to adhere to the treatment and willing to sign the informed consent to cooperate with the researcher.
(1) Lumbar disc herniation in acute onset, with severe pain;
(2) Severe neurological dysfunction caused by protrusion of nucleus pulposus, cauda equina compression and other surgical indications;
(3) With other related bone and joint diseases, including severe osteoporosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar tuberculosis, spinal tumors and other lesions, or rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis;
(4) With scrapping contraindications, combined with hematopoietic system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, tumor patients;
(5) Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
