- •All adult (18-65 years) severe traumatic brain injury patients (GCS=8) being admitted to neurocritical care unit within 48 hours of injury.
排除标准
- •1.Direct eye injury
- •2.Ophthalmic medical history (cataract, iris surgery, blindness)
- •3.Third intracranial nerve injury
- •4.Post cardiac arrest
- •5.Lack of consent
