Inclusion Criteria
All adult (18-65 years) severe traumatic brain injury patients (GCS=8) being admitted to neurocritical care unit within 48 hours of injury.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Direct eye injury
2.Ophthalmic medical history (cataract, iris surgery, blindness)
3.Third intracranial nerve injury
4.Post cardiac arrest
5.Lack of consent
