Inclusion Criteria
at least 2 maxillary primary molars with same characteristics needing extraction
cooperative behavior for dental treatment under local anesthesia
physical and psychological health of the child
Exclusion Criteria
history of allergy to local anesthetic solution
abscess in the injection site
consumption of analgesics in the last 24 hours
