Inclusion Criteria

? Age =18 years old;<br>? Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer, need to undergo chemotherapy and before the first chemotherapy;<br>? Have certain reading, understanding, language communication skills;<br>? Volunteer to participate in the experimental study and fill in the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

? Colorectal cancer with brain metastasis or other malignant tumors;<br>? History of mental or nervous system disease;<br>? History of severe head trauma, surgical history;<br>?Use or have taken related drugs that have an impact on cognition;<br>? communication barriers, unable to cooperate;<br>? in the acute stage of the disease, such as gastrointestinal bleeding;<br>? Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
