Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of either sex and all age admitted to Intensive care unit.
2.Patients requiring vasopressor.
3.Patients requiring veno-irritant and hyperosmolar drugs.
4.Patients with poor peripheral venous access.
5.Patients requiring long term venous access.
6.Patients following cardiac arrest.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with cervical cord injury
2.Patients with insertion site infection/surgery/injury.
3.Patients requiring haemodialysis
4.Patients requiring TPN
