入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1) Age at or over 19 years old
- •2) Patient in cardiogenic shock
- •3) Successful implantation of venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
- •4) Successful implantation of right heart catheter
- •All 1),2),3) and 4) should be met to be included in this study.
- •* Definition of cardiogenic shock
- •All 1),2) and 3) should be met.
- •1) Systolic blood pressure lower than 90 mmHg or requires inotropic agent to maintain systolic blood pressure over 90mmHg more than 30 minutes
- •2) Evidence of hypoperfusion including altered mental status, cool extremities, mottled skin appearance, renal dysfunction or elevated lactate level
- •3) Evidence of cardiac dysfunction in invasive or echocardiographic exam
排除标准
- •1) Younger than 19 years old
- •2) Noncardiogenic or mixed shock
- •3) Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation with a configuration other than venoarterial
- •4) Unwitnessed cardiac arrest
- •5) Irreversible brain injury documented before or during treatment
- •6) Clinical or anatomical factors which are not feasible for monitoring using right heart catheter
- •Any one of 1),2),3),4),5) or 6)
