Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II either sex aged between 18 and 65 years undergoing emergency laparotomy will be recruited in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients or relativeâ??s refusal to consent for study
2.History of previous exploratory laparotomy in the current hospitalization period
3.History of ICU stay in last 6months
4.Pre-existing significant cardiac, renal and hepatic diseases
5.Intraoperative massive blood loss or massive transfusion
