- •1. Women with Type 2 diabetes as per ADA criteria , between the ages of 20 and 45 , with regular ( ovulatory) menstrual cycles
排除标准
- •a.Women with irregular menstrual cycles
- •b.Women taking hormonal contraception
- •c.Pregnancy
- •d.Breast feeding mothers
- •e.Thyroid function abnormality
- •f. Untreated or inadequately treated hypothyroidism.
- •g.HbA1C > 8
- •h.eGFR <6o ml/min/1.73 m2
- •i.Prednisone use for more than 10 days during the study
