- •1.Age >= 18 years old
- •2.Type2 diabetes millitus
- •3.Inhospital hyperglycemia
- •4.Capillary blood glucose 180-300 mg/dL at least 2 times in 24 hrs
- •5.Admit at Medical ward
排除标准
- •1.Good control capillary blood glucose by diet control
- •2.Use insulin analog :glargine,determine,aspart,lispro
- •4.DKA or HHS
- •5.Plan to move to ICU within 2 days
- •6.Plan to surgery within 2 days
- •7.Pregnancy
- •8.ESRD who must hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
- •9.Use intravenous insulin
- •10.Capillary blood glucose interferance
- •11.History of hypertriglyceride (>1800 mg/dL
