patients presenting with signs & symptoms of shitada
sudden bleeding from gums
foul smelling
blackish discoloration
gum recession
Exclusion Criteria
periodontal pocket with pus discharge
evidence of malignancy
hypersensitivity to trail drug
using anticoagulant drug
bleeding disorders
