- •1.Hepatic encephalopathy at time of surgery.
- •2.Acute and fulminant hepatic failure.
- •3.Hepatorenal syndrome.
- •4.Preoperatively on ventilator.
- •5.Requiring intraoperative veno-venous bypass.
- •6.Sensitivity to any drug used perioperatively.
