- •1. Adult patients:18-65 years of age
- •2. ASA Grade I and Grade II
- •3. Patient posted for elective Transnasal trans-sphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumors
排除标准
- •1. History of previous pituitary surgery
- •2. Patients with GCS less than 15
- •3. Patients with psychiatric disorders with history of any drug abuse
- •4. Poorly controlled Hypertension/Diabetes Mellitus
- •5. Ischemic heart disease
- •6. Pituitary apoplexy
- •7. History of allergy to any of the planned anaesthetic medications for the study.
