Inclusion Criteria

American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I and II patients between age group18-65 years, posted for elective breast surgery under epidural anaesthesia will be selected

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with psychiatric illness, hypertensiveâ??s, cardiac disease, allergy to study drugs will be excluded from the study.
