Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients must be informed of the investigational nature of this study and must sign and give written informed consent in accordance with institutional.
- •All patients must present the clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease obtained by a neurologist, to present between 50 and 80 years of age, to present Parkinson's disease between stages 2 and 3, do not perform regular exercise weights six months before starting the training intervention.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who present symptoms of dementia, depression, joint problems, hypertension and stroke will be excluded from the study.
