Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Undergraduate and graduate students; healthy; aged between 18 and 35 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with the presence of any health condition that contraindicates or impairs the performance of high intensity exercises; history of knee surgery; a recent picture of musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limbs; subjects engaged in systematic training programs during the collection period; subjects engaged in lower limb strength training programs within 3 months prior to the study; users of ergogenic supplements.
