- •oDiastolic blood pressure over 90 mmHg
- •oAny continuous medication (hormonal intrauterine device is permitted)
- •oAny significant medical condition
- •oInsensitivity to rifampicin
- •oPregnancy and lactation
- •oPrevious difficult venipuncture
- •oAlcohol and medicine abuse and drug use
- •oParticipation to any other pharmaceutical trial within on month of screening
