A study will be done to see the role of endotracheal tube size on nasal bleeding in patients undergoing awake nasotracheal intubation with flexible bronchoscope in Department of Anaesthesia ,SMS Medical college, Jaipur.

1.Patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgeries requiring awake nasotracheal intubation with flexible bronchoscope.
2.Patients consenting to participate.
3.Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II.
1.Patients with the history of obstructive sleep apnea, nasal trauma, nasal surgery, bleeding diathesis, infection of upper airway
2.Patients who are taking anti-coagulant therapy.
3.Patients who are on anti-hypertensives.
4.Patients in whom postoperative ventilation will be anticipated

Name Time Method 1.Mean of Nasal injury score in postoperative period. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2.Mean of laryngeal injury score in postoperative period. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3.Patient acceptance of ETT by using grimace score. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4.Mean time for intubation & for exchange of tube will be noted <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>5.Mean of HR, SBP, DBP, MAP & SpO2. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>6.Proportion of cases with complications. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: During tube insertion & during extubation
