Inclusion Criteria
- Newly diagnosed rectal cancer
- Patients already know their condition.
- Aged 20 years and older.
- Consciously communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.
- Agreed with the interview and had signed the permit.
Exclusion Criteria
- Recurrent rectal cancer.
- KPS of patients less than 80
