Inclusion Criteria
60 patients will be selected having sign &symptoms of Manyastambh
Patients of either sex
Patients in age group of 21-80 years
Willingness of patients.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients below 21 years & above 80 years of age.

Neo Plastic Case
Recent Accidental Case of less than one year
Infective Pathology â?? meningitis
Neurological complications
Rheumatoid arthritis
Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Cardiac disorders, severe anemia.
Non-Co-operative patients.
