Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of plantar heel pain for greater than one month.
- •2\. Hip abductor weakness.
- •3\. Pain provoked by taking the first few step in the morning.
- •4\. Participants must be willing to attend the assessment and treatment sessions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women who are pregnant.
- •2\. Presence of peripheral vascular disease.
- •3\. Participants with diabetes mellitus.
- •4\. A known hypersensitivity to metals.
- •5\. The presence of a chronic medical conditions:\- Malignancy, Systemic inflammatory disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Septic arthritis etc.
- •6\. Foot deformity e.g congenital deformity.
