Inclusion Criteria

Patients who have been recruited for the Res@t main study can be included in this study. The Res@t main study includes patients between the ages of 10 and 19 who meet the cut-off criteria for risky or pathological use of gaming, social media, or streaming, and who fulfill the ICD-11 criteria for risky or pathological use of gaming, social media, or streaming based on clinical assessment.

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria for participation in the study are symptoms of acute psychosis, acute suicidality, substance intoxication or regular substance use, impairment of reading and writing skills and/or intelligence, and no access to the internet or no ability to operate a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary outcome measure of this study is the change in sleep duration and sleep-wake rhythm across three assessment time points (T0, T1, T2). Here, T0 (pre) represents the baseline measurement before the intervention begins, T1 (post) denotes the measurement immediately following the intervention at week 10, and T2 (follow-up) signifies the measurement of the outcome in week 20, ten weeks after the intervention.
