简要总结
Shoulder instability is common in recreational racket sports due to repetitive overhead movements and high joint stress. Reactive Shoulder Training (RST) focuses on improving neuromuscular control and dynamic stability through unpredictable movements and reflex-based exercises. Kinetic Chain Integration (KCI) emphasizes strengthening and coordinating the whole body—especially the core and lower limbs— to support shoulder function. While both methods are used in rehabilitation, limited research compares their effectiveness specifically in recreational athletes with shoulder instability. This study aims to explore which approach better improves stability and function in this population

入选标准
- •1.Actively engaged in recreational racket sport atleast twice per week for past 6 months.
- •2.Clinical diagnosis of shoulder instability with the SPADI, suggesting mild to moderate pain.
- •3.FMS, suggesting suboptimal movement patterns contributing to shoulder dysfunction.
排除标准
