Inclusion Criteria
- •Middle aged women 30 \- 45 years old
- •have a child or more
- •have a normal birth history that is more at risk for pelvic prolapse
Exclusion Criteria
- •People with proven pelvic prolapse
- •and chronic diseases include high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal
- •psychiatric patients with a history of drug therapy
