Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • patients with symptomatic knee arthritis without an effusion whose diagnoses were confirmed by clinical and radiographic evidence and without pain relief response to adequate oral medications.

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients with contraindications of intra\-articular knee injections such as infection, patients with bleeding disorders (i.e., coagulopathy) and hypersensitivity to knee injection agents. (i.e., corticosteroids and hyaluronic acid).
