Inclusion Criteria
patients with symptomatic knee arthritis without an effusion whose diagnoses were confirmed by clinical and radiographic evidence and without pain relief response to adequate oral medications.
Exclusion Criteria
patients with contraindications of intra-articular knee injections such as infection, patients with bleeding disorders (i.e., coagulopathy) and hypersensitivity to knee injection agents. (i.e., corticosteroids and hyaluronic acid).
