Inclusion Criteria
All elective patients in chosen operating theatres in participating hospitals, 14 year and older, scheduled for anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, but excluded double lumen tubes /thoracal
Exclusion Criteria
Double lumen tube planned;
Regional anesthesia planned;
Supraglottic device planned;
Intravenous anesthesia planned;
Monitornig anesthesia care planned;
Younger than 14 years

Name Time Method Incidence of unexpected difficult intubation measured by the frequency of need to apply alternative techniques to intubate

Name Time Method 1) anesthesiologist's way of reaching the decision preoperatively whether to expect difficult intubation or not<br>2) incidence of difficult mask ventilation measured by Han scale<br>3) Sensitivity and specificity of: Wilson sum-risk score; Eberhart simplified score; Arne clinical multivariate index and Naguib formula, all 4 measured by need for alternative techniques, but also by IDS (Intubation Difficulty Scale) and Cormack Lehane score
