Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patients aged more than 65 years, ASA 1\-3, understanding Thai language undergoing cardiac surgery at KCMH

Exclusion Criteria

  • •dementia before surgery (TMSE test score \< 22\)
  • •major psychiatric condition
  • •severe visual and auditory disorder
  • •emergency surgery
  • •remain intubation until post operative day 7th
