入选标准
- •patients aged more than 65 years, ASA 1-3, understanding Thai language undergoing cardiac surgery at KCMH
排除标准
- •dementia before surgery (TMSE test score < 22)
- •major psychiatric condition
- •severe visual and auditory disorder
- •emergency surgery
- •remain intubation until post operative day 7th
