1. Women who have lived in rural areas of Phitsanulok Province for at least 6 months.
2. Age between 18-70 years
3. Thai nationality
4. Never been diagnosed with breast cancer before.
5. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
6. There is no problem in communicating in Thai, such as listening, speaking, reading,
and writing.
Women who plan or who are likely to be unable to participate in the project during
intervention phase, such as plans to move house or work outside the research area.
