Inclusion Criteria
- •Gestational age \< 18th week of gestation
- •\- Age \= 18 years
- •\- BMI prior pregnancy \= 18\.5 kg/m2
- •\- Sufficient German language skills
- •\- Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Multiple pregnancy
- •\- High\-risk pregnancy, which prohibits study participation (contraindications to exercise)
- •\- Chronic diseases (e. g. diabetes, hypertension)
- •\- Psychiatric or psychosomatic diseases
